JMC Detailing Deposit and Cancellation Policy

1. Deposit Policy

To secure your appointment with JMC Detailing, a deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit ensures that your time slot is reserved and is applied towards the total cost of the detailing service.

Deposit Amount:

  • A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total service cost is required for all bookings.

Payment Methods:

  • Deposits will be paid though our invoice services on QuickBooks

2. Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible.

Cancellation Notice:

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

Refund Policy:

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the appointment: Your deposit will be fully refunded.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment: Your deposit will be forfeited.

  • No-shows: If you do not show up for your appointment and have not contacted us to cancel or reschedule, your deposit will be forfeited.

Rescheduling:

  • If you reschedule your appointment more than 48 hours in advance, your deposit will be applied to the new appointment date.

  • Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment will result in the forfeiture of your original deposit and a new deposit will be required for the rescheduled appointment.

3. Late Arrivals

We strive to provide timely service to all our clients. If you anticipate being late to your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, we may not be able to accommodate your full service, and your deposit may be forfeited.

4. Weather Policy

For mobile detailing services, in the event of inclement weather, JMC Detailing reserves the right to reschedule appointments to ensure the quality of service and safety of our staff.

  • In such cases, your deposit will be applied to the rescheduled appointment without any penalty.

5. Special Circumstances
